My council isn't listed. Use the manual schedule option during onboarding ("e.g. recycling every 2 weeks from Tuesday") — reminders work exactly the same.
My dates look wrong. Pull down to refresh on the home screen. Councils occasionally change their websites; if it persists, email us with your council name and postcode.
Reminders won't stop. Tap "Bin's out ✓" on the notification or in the app.
